Earning the Coach Credential requires completion of the coach course, passing the exam and exit interview with Dr. Derek or Laura Cabrera, signifying the ability to mentor others in Systems Thinking. Purple Belts demonstrate competence in guiding others through DSRP-483 concepts, helping them think through intricate issues and fostering growth within teams or client groups.
